Precautions for installation of shockproof pressure gauge
1. The ambient temperature of the instrument is -40~70 degree , and the relative humidity is not more than 80 percent . If the temperature deviates from the normal operating temperature of 205 degree , the additional temperature error shall be included.
2. The meter must be installed vertically to maintain the same level with the measurement point. If the difference is too high, the additional error caused by the liquid column will not be considered when measuring gas. When installing the case back explosion-proof port blocking, so as not to affect the explosion-proof performance.
3. Measurement range of normal use of the instrument: under static pressure but not more than 3/4 of the upper limit of measurement, under fluctuation should not exceed 2/3 of the upper limit of measurement. Under the above two pressure conditions, the maximum measurement value of the large pressure gauge should not be lower than 1/3 of the lower limit, and the vacuum part should be fully used when measuring vacuum.
4. When in use, if encounter the instrument pointer malfunction or internal parts loose, can not work properly and other faults should be repaired, or contact the manufacturer for maintenance.
5. The instrument should be protected from vibration and collision to avoid damage.
